DDC online enrolment customers will be emailed an invoice once DDC office staff has approved the selected classes.
All term fees MUST be paid in full either on or before commencement of your first lesson each term. Customers can also sign up for fortnightly direct debit payments. Our direct debit provider is Ezidebit and you will be required to sign their terms and conditions.
Fees are invoiced 14 days prior to the term commencing.
Direct debit payments must be completed within the current term.
If there has been no attempt to pay fees the customer will be charged a late fee of $25.00 and additional fees will accrue against the dept until settlement has occurred.

Direct Debit Payment of Dance Tuition Fees
Parents/Guardians/Carers and Students must give 30 days notice if they will not be continuing classes and arrange final payment of fees If notice is not given the direct debit will continue to apply and there will be no refunds given. If starting part way through term DDC will pro-rata fees from Week 4 at the earliest, makeup classes can be arranged to make up for the missed weeks.
Illness & Injury
Parents/Guardians/Carers and Students are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit for classes, DDC takes all reasonable care in conducting classes, it accepts no responsibility for injury or loss caused in or near the class.
DDC Refund Policy
DDC does not refund term fees once a student commences classes except under special circumstances as managed by the DDC team. A credit towards future classes is our preferred method of refund. If a student misses classes due to illness or injury parents/students must inform the DDC Office and a suitable make up class will be advised.
In the event of prolonged absence from training parents/students must inform the DDC team immediately and a pro-rata refund of fees or a credit toward future term fees will be arranged. DDC reserves the right to cancel any classes or course offered; all efforts will be made to provide an alternate class for students to attend.
Trial Classes
New students can trial an unlimited number of classes at DDC for ONE WEEK; trial classes must be booked in advance (except for drop in adult classes).
Permission to Film and Photograph
Throughout the year DDC will professionally photograph and record the students in both class and performance. The photographs taken will be featured around the studio and in promotional material for concerts, DDC’s website and social media. Photographs and DVDs recorded at our concert will be made available for you to purchase after our performance annually.
